I am showing a couple of pieces at SIGGGRAPH 2004 in LA this year as part of the Cyber Fashion show run by Isa Gordon. I will be showing Some Areas Under Video Surveillance and a new piece, the Department of Homeland Security Safety Vest. This handy vest will keep you warm in case of a terrorist attack and it also features a helpful lighted DHS Threat Level indicator so you know just how imminent the impending attack is!!!
The DHS Safety Vest works by connecting over available 802.11 wireless networks and downloads the current national threat level XML file from the DHS website (http://www.dhs.gov/dhspublic/getAdvisoryCondition).
