American DreamI have a thesis about America. It is a simple thesis: All Americans dream that one day violence will be the solution to their problems. It is not to suggest that Americans always want to choose violence - clearly that is not that case. It is more that at an unconscious level, each American has a hope that some day the right and justified action that solves their problems is violence.
